At Defiant Ones Clothing, we want you to feel confident when you order from us. If something is not right, contact us and we’ll help you through the next step.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, free from marks, odours, damage, or signs of wear, and supported by proof of purchase or order number.

How to Start a Return

Email support@defiantonesclothing.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back before your return has been approved. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@defiantonesclothing.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because stock can change quickly. The fastest way to get a different size or product is to return the original item if eligible, then place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and show the refund in your account.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if an item is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or does not perform as expected.
