Shipping Policy

Defiant Ones Clothing ships across Australia and to selected international destinations. Available services, eligibility and final charges are confirmed at checkout.
Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Some products are produced to order by fulfilment partners. Launches, sales and high-demand periods may take longer.
Estimated delivery after dispatch
- Australia: approximately 3–14 business days.
- International: approximately 7–27 business days.
These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Remote locations, carrier disruption, customs, weather and public holidays may cause delays.
Charges and free shipping
Shipping charges depend on the destination, products, package and available service and are displayed before payment. Free shipping is currently available on eligible orders over $100 AUD. Products assigned to separate fulfilment or shipping profiles may have different rates; checkout is the final confirmation.
Tracking and split shipments
Where available, tracking is emailed after dispatch and may take time to activate. Products may be made or shipped from different facilities, so one order can arrive in separate parcels on different dates.
Addresses, duties and delivery problems
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. Contact us immediately about an error; changes may not be possible after production or dispatch. International duties, taxes and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states they are included.
If delivery is overdue, tracking stops moving, or an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email us with your order number and photographs where reasonably possible. We will investigate with the carrier or fulfilment partner and assess remedies under our Returns & Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
